Well we know it has been a very long time but we are back updating our website. We have discovered there is a renewal in the interest of fine merino wool so we thought we better keep everyone informed from a property perspective.  We also have great plans to create an online wool store in the very near future so stay tuned!

The Latest:

On last Thursday we had the annual circuit sale with a top price of $101.00/head to average the sale to $81/head. It has been the great rainy spring weather that brought the keen buyers out.  This season is very similar to 2010 with the wet spring leading into a wet summer with a total rainfall last year of 54 inches. 

In early September we sold our wool on a very good and lucky market to result in one of our better sales. We were very pleased to see most of our wool including the skirtings go to Italy as our wool has been styled just for their apparel markets.

In early November we restocked our Rams from Hillcreston Park and were very pleased with these dapper young fellows.

Our job at the moment is chipping burrs and managing the grass seed so it does not get into the fleece.
